1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Client Handling
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience in lead generation and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
CRM knowledge preferred
Generate leads through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns
Convert leads into paying customers
Handle customer inquiries and provide proper solutions
Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
